Give a Warm Welcome to Ashley Millman, our Customer Success Manager
Welcome to the CADENAS PARTsolutions Team, Ashley Millman! Ashley joins our team as the Customer Success Manager representing CADENAS PARTsolutions to our eCATALOGsolutions customers.
Ashley comes from H-M Company, an industrial washing systems manufacturer where she helped engineers specify products on a daily basis. With experience in operations, customer service and sales, she helps our customers get the most out of their eCATALOGsolutions product.
Ashley is originally from Cincinnati but works remotely out of Toronto, Canada, where she lives with her husband Ethan.
Where did you grow up/ go to school?
I’m a Cincinnati girl, born and raised, and I went to Miami University to study Business. I just moved to Toronto this summer with my husband, so it’s been fun to explore this new city.
Tell us about your role at CADENAS PARTsolutions:
My job is to touch-base with our eCATALOGsolutions customers so that we can help them get the most mileage out of this tool and to stay top-of-mind. My goal is for CADENAS PARTsolutions to be our customers’ favorite vendor.
What are you most looking forward to in this new role?
I’m really looking forward to learning something new and to help make our clients’ lives easier. I was like “the PARTsolutions configurator” at my last company, so I relate to many of the pain points and benefits our eCATALOGsolutions clients had.
The “Lightning Round”
Favorite movie: The Holiday with Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz.
Best vacation ever: This year Ethan and I went to Greece for our honeymoon – it was so beautiful there!
What are your favorite hobbies? I really enjoy cooking and learning new skills in the kitchen. I’ve recently been going to cooking classes, which have been a ton of fun.
Food you can’t live without: Skyline.
Favorite TV show: The Marvelous Miss Maisel is one of my new favorite shows.
Favorite band/singer: I have to say Beyonce.
