How Santa Found Things With 3D Shape Search
How does Santa manage his massive list of gift orders in such short time? According to unconfirmed reports his business isn’t really located at the North Pole, and he may have some high-tech gadgets up his red sleeve.
At CADENAS we have our own theory how Santa keeps up with production and delivery. We’re pretty sure he’s got a 3D printer and access to the CADENAS PARTsolutions PARTcommunity with intelligent search and a huge 3D parts library.
No sleigh? No problem!
Santa shows that with Maker Movements anything is possible. Inventors and tinkerers can now independently and globally produce their ideas in small production runs. Using a 3D scanner a 3D sketch is created and compared to existing data of standard and supplier parts via the intelligent search function of the PARTcommunity. With a 3D printer the parts are instantly produced. There have never been a faster, easier or more accurate method of rapid prototyping; great news for Santa, bad news for the elves.
Looking to build your own 3D sleigh? All the parts are available for free download:
