Nippon Pulse Motor Increases Sales Leads With Online 3D eCatalog and Product Configurator

MILFORD, OH–(Marketwire – May 3, 2012) – CADENAS PARTsolutions, LLC, a global provider of 3D digital catalogs for manufacturers, announces the launch of the Nippon Pulse Motor (NPM) online 3D product catalog and CAD configurator. NPM is a global supplier of precision motion control system products including stepping motors, linear shaft motors, controllers with communication and networks and drivers.

The NPM digital catalog and product configurator creates an enhanced user experience for their customers and makes it easy for design engineers to quickly find, configure and download the exact product they want in the format they need. This new capability will enable NPM to better serve their customers and increase the number of quality inbound sales leads.

Using their proprietary German-engineered technology platform, the CADENAS PARTsolutions team built NPM’s 3D product catalog which includes thousands of configurable options for each product. Design engineers can now configure the product they need, preview it in 3D and download it in native CAD format.

Through the introduction of their first 3D CAD catalog, NPM continues to embrace technology advances in the market and meet customer demand. NPM selected CADENAS PARTsolutions as their technology provider based on their expertise, ease of use, ability to provide hundreds of native CAD file formats and run across multiple web browsers and devices.

“One of the things that makes NPM products the best in the industry is that they are unique,” says Mamoru Takabayashi, Vice President, Nippon Pulse Motor. “Because they are far from traditional, having 3D CAD models really helps engineers see how that particular product would work in their system. It’s more accurate and saves them a lot of time.”

Having access to NPM’s online product catalog shortens design time, improves customer experience and makes it easier for customers to “Design In” the company’s products directly into their assemblies. CADENAS PARTsolutions technology also drives lead generation and allows the company to proactively deliver sales and support information to its customers in real time.

“For an innovative company like NPM, having an online 3D part catalog is a necessity,” said Rob Zesch, president, CADENAS PARTsolutions. “We’re excited to help them leverage our technology to better serve their customers and increase sales by delivering more viable leads.”
