Meet Siobhan Baggott, our Customer Success and Events Manager!

Siobhan has joined PARTsolutions as our Customer Success and Events Manager and has been in customer success for over seven years.

What does your position entail?

I oversee the planning and execution of events, and I build and maintain customer relationships.

What part of your job are you most looking forward to?

I’m excited to get to know our customers, meet them in person, and plan events.

Background

I was born in Buffalo, New York, and I studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. I lived in New York City for two years, but eventually moved back to Buffalo because I missed the people and the food. I eventually started working in business development and got into customer success, which is where I am now.

Favorite movie

Anything by Nancy Meyers. I love “Something’s Gotta Give.”

Favorite TV show

Recently my favorite show has been “Succession.”

Favorite vacation

Ireland. I have a lot of family over there.

What do you do for fun?

I love to travel and cook, and I’m also a wine nerd. I’m currently studying for my WSET Level 1 wine certification.

Tacos or anything Thai.

Favorite band/singer

It’s a tie between The Lumineers and Leon Bridges.
